For our Loyal Customers.
As you are already aware, on Saturday 14th March 2020 we made the extremely hard decision to postpone our Soar British Championships due to the Covid-19 global pandemic. The health and welfare of our staff and customers has always been and remains our main priority. Thank you so much for bearing with us and being so understanding as we worked through the rescheduling of this event.
We are excited to announce that The Soar British Championships has been rescheduled to 11th – 13th September 2020 at Blackpool Tower!!!!
If you need any help with transferring your previously booked hotels to this date please do not hesitate to ask, we are more than happy to send an email to help facilitate this.
All tickets already reserved have automatically been transferred across to the new date. If unfortunately you cannot make this date or your numbers will change please contact us via email at email@example.com and we will work through changing your booking and refunding people as quickly as possible.
We hugely appreciate your support, this is a worrying time for the arts industry and the implications of this situation will be long lasting for us all. We would therefore be hugely grateful if you would kindly consider transferring your British tickets over to the rescheduled date or if this doesn’t suit one of our other events to support the future of SOAR.
Stay safe, wishing you all peace love and happiness during this uncertain time.

We are continuing to monitor the official health updates and following the World Health Organisation and UK Government’s guidelines and whilst it remains at this level we will be going ahead with all SOAR events.
We will be working with all venues on specific actions on an event to event basis, hand sanitiser sprays will be available throughout & we will have a briefed onsite first aid team, should anyone show any symptoms related to the Coronavirus at our events. Could we ask that all visitors regularly wash their hands for 20 seconds or longer & maintain good personal hygiene.
We respectfully request that you do not attend any of our events if you feel unwell, have been in contact with someone who is unwell or if you have returned from an infected area since 19th February.
