Job Description
Organise and supervise all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office to help Soar UK  become the Best Dance Events Company in Europe.

Managing Soar UK filing
Responding to customer enquiries and complaints for events quickly and efficiently.
Organising printing of banners, flyers and any marketing material.
Arranging UK travel for HDI Dance Camps.
Prepare Minutes for meetings
Oversee office stationary etc.
Maintaining and updating customer databases.
Mail outs/Feedback forms.
Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups;
Scheduling Tweets
Txt Systems.
Supplying reports and trends of current events.
Book Keeping Experience
Receipts system/recording office expenditure.
Following up on all payments.

An understanding of basic graphic design and WordPress
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive and confident in decision making

Job Description
We have between 12-15 Soar Events which span the UK and into Europe over the course of the year.  This role is to find casual event staff to help create a fun environment for our customers to have a great day. Working closely with our event managers to make sure the day runs effective and smooth.

Customer service and guest relations.
Assist in the build and de-rig of events.
Ensuring customers are aware of the event programme information during the day.

Essential Qualities
Encouraging Personality – At SOAR the students are key, we will always try and create an encouraging environment for them to thrive in.
Strong interpersonal skills, patience, a positive approach and respect for others.
Proactive and Confident in decision making.
Previous experience of volunteering in events or similar area of work.
Excellent team player.
A pro-active and can-do attitude, even when working under pressure.


Desirable Qualities
Previous experience at Dance Events – Even though Soar are different knowing what a Dance Event would feel like would be ideal however not essential.
Capable at engaging with and communicating to a variety audiences through social media.

To be on time
To use initiative on set up and pack down.
