Payment Policies

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY FOR SOAR & SDC COMPETITIONS

Payment is required to secure attendance to compete or spectate at an SDC event. Deadline date is 10 days before the event.

If you need to amend your registration and booking numbers of dancers and/or spectators please email bookings@soardance.com 10  days prior to the event you have booked onto.  Failure to send amendments before the deadline date may result in additional fees.  If you can no longer attend, there is no refund on tickets purchased however you are welcome to onsell your tickets to someone else. 

However, if you need to cancel your registration or any dancer/spectator tickets you have pre-ordered and paid for in full, a part refund will be refunded within the first 7 days of purchase. Refunds are issued within 7 days after each SDC event.

SOAR UK prides themselves in selecting incredible faculty for our events. Due to the high demand of some choreographers, their busy schedule may sometimes interfere with a SOAR Event at the last minute. If a faculty member chooses to cancel their position at a SOAR Event due to unforeseen circumstances, SOAR cannot be held liable or responsible for these decisions. If any changes to the faculty are made, the team at SOAR will strive to rectify the change and provide a replacement deemed fit. No monies will be refunded if a participant wishes to now not attend due to a choreographer cancellation.

In the unlikely event that a SOAR Event must be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances such as choreographer cancellation, or under minimum number bookings, SOAR reserves the right to make changes up to four (2) weeks prior to the event starting date – whether that be cancellation or moving of event date.

Unfortunately for some this may mean personal monies have already been spent in preparation for the event. Please contact bookings@soardance.com if you would choose to discuss this issue with one of our Directors.

Before completing your booking payment for a SOAR Event please ensure that you understand and agree to the Payment Terms & Conditions stated. Once payment has been received by SOAR we understand that you agree to the conditions. 

 

REFUND POLICY FOR SOAR CLOTHING.

We’re happy to offer an exchange or refund on undamaged / unworn items within 14 days – with a valid receipt.

We’re happy to offer an exchange or refund on faulty items within 6 months – with a valid receipt.

We’re happy to offer and exchange or refund on faulty items upon arrival please contact sales@soar-clothing.com within 48hours.

If exchanging items and the value of the new item is less than that of the one you are returning, we will refund the difference via the original payment method.

If exchanging items and the value of the new item is greater than that of the one you are returning, additional payment will be required.

Postage and Packaging is not covered for buyers returning items from overseas.
