PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY FOR HDI DANCE CAMPS
A non-refundable / non-transferable deposit of £70/$100 is required to secure a place at HDI Dance Camps Worldwide and a 50% non-refundable / non-transferable deposit for HDI Commercial Convention.
The final balance is due 14 days prior to each HDI Dance Camp you have booked.
If a participant cancels their place at HDI Dance Camp, they will need to sell their place, excluding their deposit. You must email firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com to inform HDI Dance Camps of your cancellation and the information of the person you are selling your place to.
To take advantage of our early bird prices, full payment must be paid by the deadline date at 10pm (GMT).
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY FOR SDC COMPETITIONS
Payment is required to secure attendance to compete or spectate at a SDC event. Deadline date is 7 days before the event.
If you need to amend your registration & booking numbers of dancers & spectators please email firstname.lastname@example.org 7 days prior to the event you have booked onto. Any amendments to your booking after the deadline date, your tickets will still need to be paid for in full. However you are more than welcome to sell your tickets to someone else.
However, if you need to cancel your registration or any dancer/spectator tickets you have pre-ordered and paid for in full, a part refund will be refunded within the first 7 days of purchase. Refunds are issued within 7 days after each SDC event.
PAYMENT POLICY FOR HDI KIDS DANCE WORKSHOPS & GENERAL DANCE WORKSHOPS
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place at a Workshop.
Your remainder payment is to be paid in full via cash only on arrival to the workshop.
If a participant needs to cancel their place at a workshop, you can sell your place and you must email email@example.com to inform Soar UK.
REFUND POLICY FOR SOAR CLOTHING.
We’re happy to offer an exchange or refund on undamaged / unworn items within 14 days – with a valid receipt.
We’re happy to offer an exchange or refund on faulty items within 6 months – with a valid receipt.
We’re happy to offer and exchange or refund on faulty items upon arrival please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 48hours.
If exchanging items and the value of the new item is less than that of the one you are returning, we will refund the difference via the original payment method.
If exchanging items and the value of the new item is greater than that of the one you are returning, additional payment will be required.
Postage and Packaging is not covered for buyers returning items from overseas.
