REGISTRATION

To reserve your place in the competition, the registration form can be found at the bottom of this page.  Please complete the form below so our team can get an understanding of how many dancers/spectators may be attending.  Our Team will email you once we have recevied your initial registration with further information we will need from you. Note: You do not need to pay your deposit to reserve your place, however your deposit must be paid before the deadline to secure your spot.

PRICES 

If you are booking on without your dance school, a ticket needs to be purchased to secure your place. Studio Owners/Teachers, to secure your dance schools place, a deposit of £100 is to be paid. Click on the link at the bottom of the page.Dance Schools remaining amount can be paid via cash on the day at the reception desk or via bank transfer (please email us at bookings@soardance.com for details).

Dancer – £17.50 (Not available on the door. This enables you to compete in all sections)
Spectator – £15.50 (£16.50 on the door if event is not sold out)
Child Spectator – £6.50 (Aged between 4-6. Children aged 3 & under go free)

Registration and Deposit Payment due by 2 weeks before the event

Pre-registration is important as it helps us create an accurate schedule for the competition.  Pre-registration reserves your place and deposit payment secures your place.  Any amendments to your pre-registration and/or number of attendees MUST be emailed to us at bookings@soardance.com no later than 2 weeks before the event otherwise additional charges will incur. 

TEAM MUSIC must be emailed via MP3 format to bookings@soardance.com no later then 2 weeks before the event. The file must be saved as – NAME OF TEAM – AGE CATEGORY – LEVEL CATEGORY (e.g. SOAR KIDS – 16 & Under Advanced). If the file is too large to email you can use wetransfer.com to send it to us

All registration and confirmation of Ticket numbers MUST be confirmed by 2 weeks before the event

BATTLES

Styles:  House, Hip Hop
Age Categories:  13 & Under, 14 & Over
Level Categories:  Open 
Only 20 places per age category for the House & Hip Hop Battles available. 20 places available per section A maximum of 10 dancers per dance school can compete due to fairness and limited places.

TEAMS

Age Categories:  6 & Under
Level Categories:  Open 
Age Categories:  8 & Under, 10 & Under, 12 & Under, 14 & Under, 16 & Under  17 & Over
Level Categories:  Newcomers, Novice, Intermediate and Advanced
Age Categories:  Parents
Level Categories:  Novice
Music Timings:  Open, Newcomers & Novice – 2 min max // Intermediate & Advanced – 2:30 min max
Team music must be emailed via MP3 format to bookings@soardance.com no later than 2 weeks before the event.

SOLOS

Age Categories:  6 & Under
Level Categories:  Open 
Age Categories:  8 & Under, 10 & Under, 12 & Under, 14 & Under, 16 & Under, 17 & Over
