PRICES

If you are booking on without your dance school, a ticket needs to be purchased to to secure your place.
Studio Owners, to secure your dance schools place, a deposit of £100 is to be paid to secure your place. Click on the link at the bottom of the page.Dance Schools remaining amount can be paid via cash on the day at the reception desk or via bank transfer (please email us at bookings@soardance.com for details)

Spectator – £16 (£17 on the door – if the event is not sold out)
Child Spectator – £7 (Aged between 4-6. Children aged 3 & under go free)
Dancer – £18 (Not available on the door. This enables you to compete in all sections)

REGISTRATION

Registration and Deposit Payment DEADLINE DATE is 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT!

Pre-registration is important as it helps us create an accurate schedule for the competition. Pre-registration reserves your place and deposit payment secures your place. Any amendments to your pre-registration and/or number of attendees MUST be emailed to us at bookings@soardance.com no later than 2 weeks before the event otherwise additional charges will incur.

TEAM MUSIC must be emailed via MP3 format to bookings@soardance.com no later than 2 weeks before the event. IF the file is too large you can use wetransfer.com – Each file MUST be named – TEAM NAME / AGE CATEGORY / LEVEL CATEGORY.

ALL registration and confirmation of Ticket numbers for Dancers & Spectators MUST be done by 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT
